Information you give us

• Survey answers — vehicle year, make, model, mileage, location (city or region), repair quotes, costs and any notes you write. These are used to generate your report and are stored so the report can be reopened or shared.
• Account details — if you create an account: your name, email address and sign-in details, plus a record of credit packs purchased and reports unlocked.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact form, feedback button or report rating.

Information collected automatically

• A one-way hash of your IP address and a basic device signal, used only to limit free reports and prevent abuse. We do not store your raw IP address alongside this record and do not use it to track you across other websites.
• Anonymous usage statistics such as pages viewed, referring site, device type and country, used to understand how the site is used.
• Browser storage (cookies and local storage) that keeps you signed in and remembers preferences.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy policy.

Advertising and Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet.

AI processing

Your survey answers are sent to an AI model to produce the analysis. They are used only to produce your report and are not used by us to build advertising profiles.

Retention and your rights

We keep reports and account records while your account is active or as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@justifyorjunk.com. Residents of Canada (PIPEDA), California (CCPA/CPRA) and other regions have these rights under local law.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
