What the service is

Justify or Junk provides AI-assisted estimates to help you decide whether to keep repairing a vehicle or replace it. Reports combine the details you provide with general vehicle, repair-cost and market information.

Not professional advice

Reports are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not a mechanical inspection, a professional appraisal, or financial, legal or insurance advice. Actual repair costs, vehicle values and outcomes vary. Always have a qualified mechanic inspect the vehicle and get written quotes before making a decision. You are responsible for decisions you make.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and do not share accounts.

Credit packs and payments

• Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. You are not billed again automatically.
• Each credit unlocks one full report. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• If a report fails to generate or you were charged in error, contact info@justifyorjunk.com and we will restore the credit or refund the purchase.

Free reports and fair use

Free reports are limited per visitor. We may limit or block usage that appears automated, abusive, or designed to get around those limits.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to manipulate, misuse or interfere with the analysis engine or the site.
• Do not scrape, resell or republish reports or site content without permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive or other people's personal information.

Content and ownership

The site, guides, report design and the JJ Decision Engine™ belong to Justify or Junk. You may share your own reports for personal use.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Justify or Junk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on a report. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. See also our Privacy Policy or contact us.
